Welcome to TREC DC’s Online Booking!

Please read these important notes prior to booking:

Online booking is only available for adult (18+) individual therapy. If you are looking for services for someone under 18, please contact us by email at admin@trecdcpsychotherapy.org.

Please note that we currently have only virtual (telehealth) therapy available. We will update this page when we have in-person availability.

Please select the service that reflects the jurisdiction you will be in for your telehealth appointments (DC, Virginia, or Maryland). If you are unsure where you will be located for your sessions, or you don’t see a service available in your jurisdiction, please contact us and we can advise you on next steps. If you are located outside of the DMV area, we can also assist in identifying a TREC DC provider and/or referrals that may be able to provide therapy.

We are out-of-network providers and provide documentation (“superbill”) that you can submit to your insurance company for any reimbursement you are entitled to. We can provide guidance on questions to ask your insurance company to determine out-of-network reimbursement that you may receive. If you are in need of reduced fee and/or in-network referrals, please email us so we can provide appropriate referrals if we have a wait for reduced fee services.

The first 1-2 therapy sessions are treated as a consultation period, which includes treatment planning to decide if you and your therapist want to continue with the therapy relationship.

50-min sessions are currently $225. (There is no fee for a 15-min consultation)

If we do not have a provider available that can address your needs, we will do what we can to help identify appropriate providers and help connect you with them. Please don’t hesitate to contact us at admin@trecdcpsychotherapy.org or 1-888-844-TREC (8732) if we can be of assistance.
